Rhiannon Johnson is an award-winning Senior Consultant at Inspired Selection, the leading specialist publishing recruitment agency. Celebrated for her exceptional commitment to candidate care, she proudly holds an REC Award for Best Candidate Experience, reflecting her dedication to creating positive, meaningful recruitment journeys. After studying Law at Exeter University, Rhiannon discovered her passion for publishing while shadowing a literary agent during her degree. Determined to immerse herself in the industry, she attended this Get into Book Publishing course in 2017, where she first encountered Inspired Selection. Joining the team later that year as a Resourcer, Rhiannon quickly progressed, earning promotions to Junior Consultant and then Consultant, where she excelled on the Temps desk, supporting Academic, Educational, and STM publishing. Today, as a Senior Consultant, Rhiannon works across all sectors of publishing, including Trade and Professional, managing both permanent and temporary roles. Beyond her recruitment expertise, Rhiannon is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of publishing professionals. She is delighted to return to speak at this course, alongside other university and industry talks, sharing her insights with aspiring talent.
