Rhianna Patmore

Rhianna Patmore is a Junior Consultant at Inspired Selection, the specialist publishing recruitment agency. Rhianna was an avid reader turned bookseller before leaving to study for her Masters at St Andrews. After discovering the potential career path in publishing, she contacted Inspired Selection to assist her in the job hunt; they ended up offering her a role as a Resourcer! From here, she was exposed to the variety of different publishing roles and sectors and learned how to spot trends. After 6 months she was promoted to Junior Consultant where she specialised in Academic and STM publishing, working on permanent, contract and temporary roles. Rhianna is this years winner of the Best Newcomer in Permanent Recruitment award for the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and is truly passionate about helping candidates find their dream roles in the publishing industry.
