Aisling has spent over ten years working in companies both big and small, across various departments, from production to publicity – to rights, where she eventually settled and now works as Head of Rights, Fiction at HarperCollins UK. HarperCollins UK is a division of HarperCollins Publishers, the second largest consumer book publisher in the world whose authors include winners of the Nobel Prize, the Pulitzer Prize, the National Book Award, the Newbery and Caldecott Medals and the Man Booker Prize.
